D’ville man third arrested for drive-by shooting in October

21-year-old Jacoby Green of Donaldsonville was arrested on November 26 and charged with second-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder, illegal use of weapons, aggravated second-degree battery, aggravated criminal damage to property and assault by drive-by shooting. He was booked into the Ascension Parish Jail where no bond has been set yet.
