LOCC cuts ribbon on Gonzales location, joining west bank site

Loving Our Community Children (LOCC), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving and uplifting youth and families, proudly celebrated its Grand Opening and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony yesterday at its new location, 320 East Ascension Street, Suite 107, Gonzales, Louisiana.  LOCC board members and volunteers were joined by Mayor Tim Riley and Councilman Eddie Williams with City Clerk Anthony Keller also in attendance.

This milestone marks a significant step forward in LOCC’s mission to positively impact the lives of children and families throughout the community. The event brought together community leaders, supporters, volunteers, families, and partners to commemorate the beginning of an exciting new chapter.

“Today represents more than just the opening of a building—it represents hope, opportunity, and a continued commitment to our children and community,” said representatives of LOCC. “We are excited to expand our reach and provide even greater resources, programs, and support to those we serve.”

The new facility will serve as a hub for programming, mentorship, enrichment activities, and community engagement initiatives designed to empower youth and strengthen families across Ascension Parish and surrounding areas.

LOCC offers east and west bank locations.

Loving Our Community Children continues to stand as a beacon of service, compassion, and growth, and this new location positions the organization to deepen its impact for years to come.
