The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (DOTD) is providing an update on H.010960 which is comprised of constructing three new roundabouts along LA 30 in Ascension Parish. The project involves the construction of three roundabouts strategically located along LA 30 at the intersections of I-10 westbound, I-10 eastbound, and St. Landry Avenue.
LA 30 will have single, alternating nightly lane closures between LA 3251 (Ashland Rd) and the I-10 Eastbound Ramps. These lane closures are scheduled for Thursday, November 12th and from Sunday November 15th until Wednesday, November 18th, 2026 between 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Motorists should expect delays when traveling through the work zone.
These closures are necessary for profile milling the asphalt roadway, and laying the final layer of asphalt.
These closures are subject to change due to adverse weather conditions.
