A new food festival is coming this fall as the inaugural St. George Food Truck Fest rolls into the BREC State Fairgrounds on Saturday, November 21, 2026, bringing together more than 25 food trucks, 100 market vendors, live music, family entertainment, and community support for a great cause.
The festival will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at BREC’s Airline Hwy Park, 16072 Airline Highway, St. George, Louisiana. A scheduled rain date has been set for December 5, 2026.
Headlining the event will be The Chase Tyler Band, with Chris LeBlanc opening the day’s entertainment. Festival attendees can expect a full day of great food, local shopping, live music, and family-friendly activities.
Beyond showcasing some of Louisiana’s favorite food trucks and local businesses, the St. George Food Truck Fest is proud to support the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank, with a portion of festival proceeds benefiting the organization’s mission to fight hunger throughout the Capital Region.
Interest in the festival has been strong since vendor registration opened, with hundreds of vendor applications currently being processed for approval. Organizers expect the event to draw attendees from across the Baton Rouge Metropolitan area and surrounding communities.
Food truck operators, market vendors, sponsors, and volunteers are still invited to participate, although space is filling quickly.
