Roundabout construction means new traffic patterns on Hwy 30

Heads up, Ascension drivers—traffic changes are ahead on LA 30

Starting Tuesday night, April 28, DOTD will implement a new traffic pattern on LA 30 between I-10 and LA 3251 as construction on the new roundabouts moves into its next phase.

Key Changes:

  • Signal removed at LA 30 & Tanger Blvd/Cabela’s Pkwy
  • Tanger Blvd becomes right in/right out only
  • New roundabout traffic pattern at Robert Wilson / S. St. Landry
  • Nightly lane closures: April 28 – May 4
  • 9 PM – 5 AM

Expect delays, watch for crews and equipment, drive carefully through the work zone.
