According to Sheriff Bobby Webre, between the early morning hours of Friday, July 31, and the early morning hours of Sunday, August 2, the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office received multiple reports of vehicle burglaries, including the theft of firearms, in neighborhoods along LA Highway 42 in Prairieville.
Through further investigation, detectives identified and arrested one juvenile in connection with these crimes. On Thursday, August 6, the juvenile was transported to a juvenile detention facility and booked on the following charges:

Multiple counts of Simple Burglary of a Vehicle
