  9. Approve the request of Mark Pierce for a Special Event Permit to hold a Food Truck donation event December 5, 2020 on private property located at 1615 W. Orice Roth Rd from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and on private property located at 318 W. Cornerview Road from 5:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m.
  10. Final vote on Ordinance No.  4126:  An Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinance Chapter 22. Zoning, Sec. 22.2 Zoning Districts to approve the request of DD of Louisiana, LLC to rezone the Heritage Crossing Development, consisting of approximately 102 acres, located generally at the Southwest intersection of Highway 30 and Highway 44 to TND (TRADITIONAL NEIGHBORHOOD DEVELOPMENT) Zoning.
  11. Final vote on Ordinance No. 4127:  An Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinance Chapter 22.  Zoning.  Sec. 22-2 Zoning Districts.  To approve the rezoning request of Patrick Crane to rezone the Patricia Bruno property, consisting of approximately 1.161 acres, located at the intersection of East Worthey Street and South Audubon Place Avenue, from C-2 Zoning to R-3-TH (TOWNHOME) zoning.
  12. Final vote on Ordinance No. 4128:  An Ordinance amending the Code of Ordinance Chapter 22.  Zoning.  Sec. 22-2 Zoning Districts to approve the request of Montan Landco, LLC to rezone approximately 5.39 acres, located at the intersection of Veterans Avenue, and Orice Roth Road from C-1 to R-3-E (Elderly) Zoning.
