Matthew Winfrey, 29, 908 Mulberry St, Donaldsonville was charged w/ Domestic Abuse Battery (Strangulation), Domestic Abuse Battery (Child Endangerment), Aggravated Burglary, Sexual Battery, 2nd Degree Rape, Aggravated Assault, Aggravated Criminal Damage to Property, Child Desertion, Hit and Run Driving, and Probation Violation.

July 31 arrests:

John Abner, Jr., 55, 13230 High Meadow Dr, Gonzales was charged w/ Theft, Simple Criminal Damage to Property, and arrested pursuant to a bench warrant;
Jeremey Harry, 27, 39115 Bayou View Ave, Gonzales was charged w/ Criminal Mischief, arrested pursuant to 2 fugitive, and 5 bench warrants;
Martin Johnson, 53, 7721 Mill St, New Orleans was arrested pursuant to a bench warrant;
