Approval of the recommendation of the Selection Committee to select the highest scoring respondent, GIS Engineering, Inc. and approval of the Parish President to enter into a contract with the firm for the Ascension Drainage Assistance Program (ADAPT) services (Ron Savoy, Director of Drainage Capital Projects)
b. Approval of revised Legal Services Contract passed on May 21st with Olinde & Mercer to represent Ascension Parish Fire District No. 3 in general legal matters – to change some of the terms of the contract. Not to exceed amount will remain at $49,000.00 (Legal Counsel)
