Get ready to grow something great this summer with Plant a Seed, Read at Ascension Parish Library.
This year’s Summer Reading Program is open to all ages and celebrates the way stories, ideas, and imagination take root and flourish when we read. Experts recommend just 15 minutes of daily reading to flex your brain, and this summer is the perfect time to make it part of your routine.
Beginning May 21, participants can sign up through Beanstack at myAPL.beanstack.org to start tracking books, audiobooks, and magazines all summer long. Reading can be logged online or with a printed log available at any library location.
All participation must be logged by July 31.
