As Councilman Joel Robert’s Strategic Planning Committee has taken up the issue of “red dust” bedeviling his constituents along the Hwy 44 corridor south of Interstate 10, consider two perspectives.  Viewed from the air (courtesy of our friend Teri Lynn Lambert)
