ORDINANCE 2019-05

WHEREAS the Donaldsonville Council denies to repeal Ordinance 2017-01 a program where full time employees who have reached the age of fifty-five (55) years old and have twenty-five (25) years of full time service with the City of Donaldsonville will pay fifty (50) per cent of the employee cost of health insurance for said employees.

ORDINANCE 2019-06

An ordinance establishing standards for small wireless facilities in the right-of-ways in the City of Donaldsonville.

ORDINANCE 2019-07

An ordinance creating the position of Director of Community and Economic Development, providing for the general purpose, providing for the duties, providing minimum qualification, providing tools and equipment needed or used, providing physical demands and providing other matters, including but not limited to severability ability and effective date.

ORDINANCE 2019-08

An ordinance of the Donaldsonville Council authorizing the transfer/ exchange, conveyance, and/or disposition of certain immovable property located within the city limits to the Bayou Lafourche Fresh Water District in exchange for cash, cooperative and/or intergovernmental agreements to reform perform functions for the City of Donaldsonville such as boat ramps and parks and other matters providing for severability and providing for an effective date.

ORDINANCE 2019-05
